USACE is reissuing a revised public note for the propose reissuance of Regional General Permit (RGP) 8 under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (CWA) and Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act of 1899 associated with the construction and maintenance of boat ramps and minor water related recreation facilities and temporary construction features associated with boat ramp and minor facilities construction in the complete area of responsibility of the Fort Worth District and portions of the Albuquerque and Galveston Districts.
