The Fort Worth District, Corps of Engineers has released the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the proposed Lake Ralph Hall dam and reservoir project near Ladonia, TX in Fannin County. A permit is being evaluated under the authority of Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (CWA).
