U.S. Army Corps of Engineers at Canyon Lake Project Office announce today temporary closing of the Outlook area at Canyon Lake each Thursday for maintenance.
Starting Thursday, April 11, and each subsequent Thursday, the Corps of Engineers at Canyon Lake will be closing Overlook to perform maintenance work. "For the safety of the public and our staff and volunteers, the Overlook area will be shut down while maintenance is being conducted on facilities. As soon work is finished for that day, we will reopen for the afternoon,” stated Acting Lake Manager Terri Beth Teaschner. Work will continue each Thursday until completed.
