Officials with the Fort Worth District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers announced today that effective October 1, camping fees will be increasing at Canyon Lake.
Depending on the type of camping facility, the price increase will be between $2 to $20. Reservations made before October 1, will not be impacted by the price increase.
Camping fees at Canyon Lake were last increased in 2019. Camping reservations can be made at www.recreation.gov.
Safety is our number one priority. Any visitors to the lake that will be near or in the water are encouraged to wear a life jacket. Additional information is available by calling the Canyon Lake Office at 830-964-3341.
