Marina Outgrant Solicitation Formerly "Uncle Gus' Marina" Fee Tracts B-139, 140, and 135 Whitney Lake

FORT WORTH, Texas – The Fort Worth District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officials on October 3 posted a Notice of Availability (NO. DACW63-9-22-0543) solicitation for recreation facilities at Whitney Lake. More information and link to the NOA is available at https://sam.gov/opp/f909322605664c8faa47a666ddccc538/view 

Whitney Lake Marina f/k/a Uncle Gus’ Marina, Whitney Lake near Whitney, Texas, in Bosque County, Texas consisting of 26.26 acres of land and water, more or less, with roads and parking lot (hereinafter referred to as the “Property” or the “Site”). The Site will be leased on a competitive basis to the individual or organization presenting the best plan for development meeting the criteria as follows and set out in the application package. Pre-Lease meeting is scheduled for October 24, 2022 at 1:00 P.M., Central Standard Time (CST). Site inspections may be arranged with Joshua Brown, Lake Manager, 254-622-3332. Please call 24 hours in advance of desired time of inspection.
