U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Navarro Mills Lake Temporary Closure Extended

FORT WORTH, Texas – U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officials at Navarro Mills Lake announce today the extension of the temporary closure of the Navarro Mills Spillway. 

Ongoing construction in the area has temporarily closed access to the stilling basin entrance road, parking area, and fishing platform. The area will remain closed until construction is complete.  A completion date has not been determined as of this time. 

As always, when visiting the lake for any recreation activity, visitors are encouraged to wear their lifejackets. For more information on the closure, call the Navarro Mills project office at (254) 578-1431.
