FORT WORTH, Texas – The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District will host its ninth annual Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Networking and Teaming Conference on June 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Fritz G. Lanham Federal Building in Room 4A14H, The building is located at 819 Taylor Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102. The conference is an opportunity to network with contractors who frequently do business with the Corps.
Speakers will include Gregory James, Director/Principal Investigator, Cross Timbers Procurement Center - University of Texas at Arlington and Charlie Hart, President, Society of American Military Engineers.
Other agencies and organizations participating include the Trinity River Vision Authority; the Small Business Administration, Veterans Administration; General Service Administration; and the University of Texas, Arlington, Procurement Technical Assistance Center.
The conference is free to small business owners and public parking is available for a fee near the facility.
