Fort Worth District’s Central Texas Area Office worked with contractors on Fort Hood, Texas to construct an outdoor fitness area for soldiers assigned to the 69th Air Defense Artillery Brigade. The facility contains a basketball court, free weights with barbells and benches, a covered shelter, and a running track. Soldiers will be able to conduct physical fitness training in a confined area reducing the need to use surface roads for runs.
