FORT HOOD, Texas (July 15, 2022) Lt. Gen. Scott Spellmon, Chief of Engineers and Commanding General of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, receives an operations brief from Cody Bird, a surveyor with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District's Central Texas Area Office, on the latest ground penetrating radar equipment in operation supporting barracks construction at Fort Hood.
