Eugenia “Jean” Barnes is an Environmental Protection Specialist for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Fort Worth District. “As an environmental person, I know that all systems integrate and with a fire there are long-term repercussions. We want to try to help remediate those repercussions and try to heal the damaged areas and bring them back to the way they used to be or even better.”
