Appeals

The Corps of Engineers has an administrative Appeals Program 33 CFR 331 which establishes a process whereby applicants and landowners may appeal denied permits, declined proffered permits, or approved jurisdictional determinations made at the district level.  Requests for appeal of such decisions made at the Corps Fort Worth District are appealed to the Corps Southwestern Division office.  The requests for appeal must be received by the Southwestern Division office within 60 days of the date of the appealable decision.  Additional information regarding the regulatory appeal process, including appeal decisions, regulations, forms and video modules can be found at the Southwestern Division Regulatory Appeals Webpage.
