Canyon Lake, Texas -- CANYON LAKE, Texas – U.S. Army Corps of Engineers officials at Canyon Lake will temporarily close the lake office while renovations and improvements are made to the facility.
“We appreciate the public's understanding and support of these essential renovations,” said Canyon Lake Manager Javier E. Pérez Ortiz.
Contracted renovations start October 17 with an approximate 14-day performance time. Phone lines and other telecommunication equipment are also being impacted but the main office number, 830-964-3341 should be off-line for a minimum time.
The dam and associated outlet works continue to function as designed and intended.
