This Public Notice is being issued to inform you of an extension to the comment period for the proposed "50-50" Stream Mitigation Method Public Notice (CESWF-13-MIT-1) dated April 15, 2013. SWF Regulatory has received several requests to extend the comment period for the proposed 50-50 Stream Mitigation Method. As such, a decision was made to extend the comment deadline by two weeks. This Stream Mitigation Method would set standards for requiring in-channel work for stream impacts and would help SWF ensure compliance with the 2008 Mitigation Rule.
