SUBJECT: Application for a Department of the Army Permit under Section 404 of the Clean Water Act (CWA), and for water quality certification under Section 401 of the CWA to discharge dredged or fill material into waters of the United States and conduct activities in, or affecting, Waters of the United States associated with the construction of the Trinity Forest Spine Trail Phase IV and attendant features in the city of Dallas, Dallas County, Texas.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Applicant proposes construct the Phase IV Trinity Forest Spine Trail in the city of Dallas, Dallas County, Texas. Attendant features would include emergency vehicle turn-arounds, box culverts and bridges for low-water crossings, etc.
