The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Fort Worth District Regulatory Division will host a one-day Regulatory Transformation Workshop in Dallas, bringing together federal, state and local partners, industry consultants, and stakeholders to discuss updates and improvements to the USACE Regulatory Program.

The workshop will provide attendees with the latest information on USACE Regulatory policies, processes and tools designed to improve efficiency, transparency and consistency in permitting.

Participants will hear directly from Regulatory subject matter experts and gain practical insights on submitting complete permit applications, navigating the Regulatory Request System, and understanding delineation and jurisdictional determinations. The workshop will also include updates on emergency permitting procedures and ongoing efforts to streamline the Regulatory Program.

This full-day session offers opportunities for engagement, collaboration and direct interaction with USACE staff to help applicants better understand requirements and reduce permitting timelines.
