This public notice is being issued to provide interested parties an opportunity to comment on a proposal to create an approximately 258.78-acre wetland mitigation bank, to be known as the Cypress Slough Mitigation Bank (CSMB) located near the Town of Domino in northeastern Cass County, Texas.
