  • Modified Central City Project receives $20M in FY 2023 Work Plan

    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers delivered to Congress its Fiscal Year 2023 Work Plan for the Army Civil Works program Feb. 27. In the FY23 Work Plan, Fort Worth District’s Modified Central City project received $20M to continue the design of the project, which will include completing the Clear Fork, Trinity Point, and Tarrant Regional Water District Isolation Gates and TRWD Pump Station beyond the initial design.

    U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth District officials announce release of a draft programmatic agreement among the USACE, City of Dallas and the Texas State Historic Preservation Officer regarding the Dallas Floodway Extension Project. USACE is soliciting comments from all parties having an interest in the undertaking’s potential effect(s) on historic properties. Comments supporting, opposing, or identifying concerns with the documentation provided will be considered by the USACE.
