Operations Project Manager for the Trinity Regional Project, Brian Phelps, welcomes other U.S. Army Corps of Engineer members, stakeholders and emergency responders to an Emergency Response Exercise held in the Lewisville Armed Forces Reserve Center Sept. 11. The exercise is one of the Interim Risk Reduction Measures requirements to be accomplished for the Lewisville Lake Dam.
